Kai's Past:
(Cue the music: http://tinyurl.com/jbsoehs) Kai's family wasn't exactly a good family,his father and mother's relationship was simply horrible.His father didn't care about him but his mother did. Kai's mother would teach him lessons on certain days of the week of how to control water and use it,he felt more safe with his mother than his father.As the months passed by his mother and father started to argue more and more and more.Until one day at night they started to fight with their own hands.When Kai got home from school it was like that everyday,every single day.When he would go with his mother to park to get taught,Kai would always notice bruise marks on his mom.He questioned what happened and if it hurt his mother and she would always reply with this: "I'm fine,that's not for you to worry about." This always made him worried,finally the day that he extremely worried about happened.When he got home from school as usual his mother and father were fighting though instead of heading to his room like always did...........he decided to watch what happened.This fight was much more rough than any of the other fights.After a few minutes his father released the last blow to Kai's mother, she ended up passing out. Kai ran to nearest phone and called for an ambulance as well as the police.As soon as they came.......his father was arrested and his mother was going to the hospital.He got to come along inside the vehicle......but it was only for him to see his mother.As soon as they reached the hospital the doctors automatically went to work,but it was no luck.She had so many injuries that it was impossible for her to recover.......she was dead. When the doctors told Kai that he could visit her,he automatically did.They didn't tell him that she was.....well wasn't alive.He tried so hard to make her respond even though he didn't know.But once he figured it out,he started to cry........cry incredibly hard.On that day,it was pouring outside.His hair and eye color suddenly changed from orange (hair color) and blue (eye color) to white (hair color) and black (eye color).
His heart had been pierced or broken and it started to bleed......incredibly hard. That's what it felt like to him anyway. Also on that day,he hasn't been able to smile.....not even once after his mother's death. His emotions or moods have been somewhat unstable..........he can't get angry want he needs to,he can't get sad when he needs to be,he can't get scared or surprised when he needs to be,you can see the point. He carries around a red umbrella with kites of the shape of fishes with him everywhere,since he didn't know how to control the rain and it reminds him of his mother since she made it for him.
