Kavannah (Intenzione) Per coloro che non sono pronti a perdonare
Il peso di questa stagione ci costringe a perdonare
e ad aprire le nostre cuori.
Ci sono molti tra noi che hanno sopportato ferite profonde,
quest'anno,
e alcuni molti anni fa
Alcuni di noi non sono sicuri del percorso da seguire
tra le preghiere e le suppliche di Yom Kippur per fare tabula rasa e ricominciare da capo.
Per la donna che è stata violata
e per l'uomo picchiato,
e per chiunque abbia il cuore spezzato o l'anima schiacciata
che potrebbe non essere del tutto pronto a perdonare.
< p>Va bene.
Prenditi il tuo tempo,
A volte l'orario dei giorni santi più importanti
non corrisponde al ritmo del tuo cuore.
A volte le nostre preghiere devote si mescolano con voci interiori non del tutto risolte:
come,
"forse non era poi così male"
< p>"lascia andare"
"lascia che il passato sia passato"
"sii una persona più grande" o
"forse sono troppo sensibile. "
Quest'anno
ama te stesso abbastanza
da fidarti
dei tuoi tempi.
Sii paziente abbastanza per
rimanere al posto di
"non ancora".
Ti impegni nell'opera di risoluzione,
non essere collegato a un risultato o a un calendario.
Abbi fiducia che troverai la tua strada da seguire,
che arriverai a un momento
dove resistere
fa più male che lasciarsi andare.
Perdona te stesso per non essere ancora pronto.
Da quel luogo di totale accettazione,
Che tu possa avere fede che la strada si aprirà.
