My english teacher told me to write an essay on any topics with 400 words for my homework. At that moment i thought 400 words is too much. But i decided to do it. I thought 'What topic do i have to write essay on?'. I remembered Ulaanbaatar is just like the Silent Hill in winter. Then i decided to write the essay on air pollution of Mongolia.
Air Pollution Of Mongolia
Mongolia is a country in a East Asia, bordered by Russia and China, it's known for vast and nomadic nation. There are many beautiful places in Mongolia. Ulaanbaatar is the capital of Mongolia. It’s in the Tuul River valley, bordering the Bogd Khan Uul National Park. Originally a nomadic Buddhist center, it became a permanent site in the 18th century. Soviet control in the 20th century led to a religious purge. Soviet era buildings, museums within surviving monasteries and a vibrant conjunction of traditional and 21st-century lifestyles the modern city.
But every year Mongolia Placed in top 20 of 'The Most Air Polluted Countries' since 2013.
Mongolia placed in 2013's 14th, 2014's 6th, 2015's 2nd.
What makes an air pollution?
If we assume air pollution is a 100%, 4% is from soil polution, 6% is from power plants, 10% is from low pressure boilers, 20% is from cars and 60% is from Ger horoolol.
Every winter Ulaanbaatar becomes more colder than last winter. Every winter the people who live in the houses have to burn more fossil fuels to survive the winter. That's why Ulaanbaatar's air pollution is increasing. In other words, in winter Ulaanbaatar becomes The Silent Hill.
Because of that 30% of people have Asthma, 24% of people have heart disease, 53% of people have weakened immune, 79% of people have respiratory diseases.
Air pollution is became a leading cause is illness and 5th leading causes of death.
Every year air pollution makes 8500 people (hevteriin) and kills 1600 people.
What do we have to do?
All we have to is save our health. If you don't save your health no one is won't save your health. Put a mask on. Do some exercise on everyday life that will support your health.
How to solve this air pollution?
In my opinion, if we move all people into apartments air pollution will decrease by 60%.
