2. Unique Column Names: Each column in the table has a unique name. For example, 'Employee Name', 'Address', 'Skills', 'Job Title', and 'Hourly Rate' are all distinct column names.
3. No Repeating Groups: There are no repeating groups of columns that could be extracted into separate tables. Each row represents a unique employee, and the attributes of each employee are appropriately represented in their respective columns.
However, it's worth noting that while this table is in 1NF, it may not be in higher normal forms (2NF, 3NF, BCNF, etc.) depending on the dependencies between attributes and whether there are any potential anomalies present. Further normalization might be required to achieve higher normal forms, depending on the specific requirements and constraints of the database design.
