3. Take monthly deferred revenue and update "Def Rev" tab with that.
3.a. Filter for invest_CD (Row D) with appropriate 3 digit "533" investment code.
3b. Sumtotal row Q "Def_Rev_AMT.
3c. Update Total Def Rev on DrillBit tab to reflect Sumtotal (link to sumtotal)
4. Get new bank statement to compare ending balance to total Current assets amount (should match)
5. Retrieve (filename:USD_BOH Transfer Upload) BOH Transfer Upload CSV from Michele to add in Def Rev from all 4 sites.
5a. If variance is positive continue and add the variance to reflect each site.
5b. Update the amount in Row E to reflect the variance.
5c. Update the date to reflect the next business day this way the wire transfer can go through (they process at 10am)
5d. Update the sheet name with the total amount from the 4 sites as well as with the appropriate next business day.
5e. Save the CSV with the appropriate amount in the file name as well as the next business day.
