monthly budget = $192,000
- seattle mini-mansion payment is 38,000 + 20,000 early payoff = $58,000
- seattle utilities etc = $2,000
- seattle maid = $1,000
- possibly a seattle gardener = ?
- chenevert st apt payment is 2,200 + 10,000 early payoff = $12,200
- chenevert utilities etc = $700
- chenevert maid = $400
- paying off mom's house = $15,000
- mom's run off into the sunset salary: $7000
- paying all oralia's bills = $5,000
okay, with the big bills out of the way, I've spent ~$103,000 and have ~89,000 left
- eating out, groceries = $3,000
- all our current subscriptions etc = $300
- bimonthly nails = $200
- biweekly hair scrub = $400
- gas = $200
- health insurance for two bears = $1100
- car insurance for two bears = $700
this added up to $5,900, so I have ~$82,000 left for monthlies, and $984,000 for yearly.

and that's it for necessities/recurring expenses. some other short-term bear things:
- renovations on chenevert bathroom-closet-waterheater situation; renovation on seattle will wait until we're present
- buying Super Ultra Grade everything. M's espresso machine, silk pillowcases, etc. Only the best, now.
- many bear gadgets, unfortunately.
- find constructive athletic hobbies for two bears - more pickling, golf, pilates...?
- will probably end up comissioning a lot of bespoke furniture/clothing
for the fam:
- salon account for the gals, $10,000, hard to fuck that up
- take mom and grandma shopping once a month
- travel fund for $20,000 for both families apiece
- look into new joint house for mom-gma-pap, possible new house for OraRafa, here or in MX. Land for mom's dumbass dogs.
- honestly though, encourage mom to move in with gpus, would be better for everyone and would pad her salaried retirement.
leftover guaranteed: $934,000, or $78,000 monthly. Bears spend "a lot", probably, but low(sub-$100k) impact on total, and that includes new furniture.

Second year is the same. Third year, Mom's house should be paid for. So should Chenevert. Divert extra money towards Seattle home.

Fourth year, we graduate. We're able to pursue whatever interests. I might do architecture, or maybe just stats still; M might do math PhD, or whatever else catches his fancy. Get hitched, tiny wedding, mostly for photo portraits. We travel during the short breaks, and intern during the long ones. We might take a gap year or gap-semester. We'll decide what we want, and if we want more houses, and have a good time. Et cetera.
