- Suppliers on an AgodaPapi bookings are usually YCS or Direct Connect non-YCS.
- In a case that the supplier falls in the list of SuperAgg Suppliers, as long as the supplier has English line, we can still work on the case in Athena.
- If the supplier uses a different language, you may contact Agoda instead and handle the case in Salesforce.

- Agents can handle the case in Athena and Salesforce as long as the supplier has English line. Contact the supplier for any change or refund request.
AgodaPapi_BMP_Bookingdotcom

- Not Popawi but prepaid reservations from booking.com (consider the same as Agoda_Papi_SuperAgg where Agoda has a subprovider)
- We can check the booking.com site but must reach out to Agoda for any issue
- Identify yourself as calling from Rocket Travel by Agoda

- Agents has to handle the case in Salesforce only, which means any email to the sub-provider and property needs to go through Salesforce. We can only create a case in Athena if we need to process refund or make changes to the booking.
