Hello, my name is Myra, and I work as an appointment setter in the business process outsourcing, or BPO, industry. I have three years of experience. As a customer support representative for TELCO TECH and HEALTH CARE accounts, I manage cases and assist with appointment scheduling for these accounts. I've been managing inbound and outbound for the past three years. I understand that it might be difficult, but everything is achievable if you truly want it and have faith and confidence in yourself

I work better when under pressure, by just simply applying a systematic approach on how to prioritize tasks. I look forward to work with Clients who are motivated with the end-results and focused toward in making their business grow.
