I want to inform you that I am resigning from my position of customer service representative.
I am really grateful I got the opportunity working in IGT solutions, grateful to get a chance to work here, I was really in need when I landed this job so this gratefulness is from bottom of my heart.
I am grateful to IGT, to HR Department for this opportunity.
Since its been 1 year to me, I have been thinking to look for my other career options that may funds me well, but recently I have been moved to back office, I got to learn a lot in the last couple of months since I am in back office, now I have been moved back to front office or frontline.
I have stayed here for the peace and learning I was getting in back office, since I have been moved back to frontline, the peace is over, I am not comfortable to moved back to frontline due to some personal reason not comfortable to be bogged down with a lot of calls for few days.
Hence I have made a key decision to resign from my position.
I have 15 leaves in bucket, I won't be using those leaves, will be working with the honesty for last 30 days which is left.
I am ready to serve a notice period, Kindly consider and accept my resignation.
