How to Replace a Saab 93 Key Fob

All cars must have a remote/transmitter that can lock or unlock your car. The batteries that are used in these devices may be damaged.

There are garages that can also do this however the process is more complex and they will need to re-program your existing car computer's EEPROM to accept the new key.

Key Fobs for Replacement

Saab owners whose last key was lost or stolen will need to replace it as soon as they can. The steps to obtain an original working fob requires the services department of the dealer. It could cost hundreds of dollars, which includes a new key and a TWICE module, which is a theft warning integrated central electronic.
