just one carrot
1/two onion
two stalks celery
1 tablespoon butter or oil, also two tablespoons
melted butter or oil
two kilos washed button mushrooms
1/two pound washed shiitake mushrooms
1/two pound washed oyster mushrooms
1 tablespoon new chopped tarragon
1 teaspoon salt
one teaspoon white pepper
three pints hen or vegetable stock
a person pint weighty product
2 tablespoons flour

Mince carrots, onions, and celery in a meals processor and sauté in important pot with oil. Mince mushrooms in a meals processor, insert to pot together with with tarragon, salt, and pepper. Prepare dinner for about fifteen minutes. Do not melt away.

Insert stock and products and produce to a boil. Mix melted butter and flour until eventually inevitably clear and whip into soup.
