Slot missions are an excellent way to earn gear weapons, equipment and other items. But they're also hard to do.

Concealed Weapon Slot

The concealed weapon slot lets the player to bring pistols into a mission. Some players use this to help reach certain achievements particularly those who are going for Suit Only. The solution to this issue is the Hogwarts Legacy Merlin Trials which provide more inventory space in exchange for the completion of challenges. Because many of these challenges can be overlooked and are scattered around the world, it may take a while to reach the maximum number inventory slots in the game.

Five Gear Slots can be filled with up to 5 different types of gear, which must be selected from the Gear Selection menu before a Break-In can begin. Each gear item (except the Pistol) will take up one Gear Slot while a set of similar items (like a group of Grenades that are of the same type) only has one Gear Slot.

Agency pick-ups

As you progress in Mission Mastery levels, you unlock various agency pickups throughout the map. These locations let you store an item that does not fit into your weapon or gear slots and then retrieve it later.

These pickups are particularly useful when you have to pass through a frisk later in the game or if you're carrying a weapon that could otherwise cause suspicion. But, you are only able to hide one item per game at an agency pickup location.

This DLC adds new contracts to security and asset protection to the agency. To begin these missions just talk to the receptionist of the agency and stock up on armor and snacks. Then, go to the designated marker and identify a mob at the time of arrival.
