The fabricated SERS substrates show a high sensitivity as well as good experimental reliability at different pH values. Moreover, electrochemical lithography was utilized to fabricate patterned SERS substrate, which allows an easy combination of multiple other functionalities in hierarchical structuring steps. In addition, the microstructure is in our studies beneficial because of a simplified and reliable characterization of the polymer brushes at defined sample areas. The introduction of the microstructured brush system is regarded moreover attractive for the development of high-throughput platforms for rapid, automated screening and analysis applications.In the article issues of state obligations to ensure the right of a doctor- entrepreneur providing primary medical care to such a type of business activity in the healthcare sector as general medical practice are under study. The attention is focused on the fact that the relevance of the research of this issue is challenged by the lack of comprehensive theoretical investigations, as well as practical necessity in the light of the transformation of the healthcare system of Ukraine. Attention is drawn to the fact that in 2018 the National Health Service of Ukraine was established as the central executive body. The having existed model for paying for every single place in the hospital in Ukraine is being replaced by a new model for financing the health system. The National Health Service of Ukraine being the Budget distributor implements basic principle of the medical reform "money goes after the patient". The commanding-administrative model of relations has been replaced by a contractual one The National Healthf business activity in the healthcare sector as general medical practice is determined. The legal and organizational mechanisms for ensuring this right are analyzed. The assessment of their effectiveness is given. Attention is paid on the practice of the European Court of Human Rights, which is the source of law for member-states of the European Council. The concepts of "legitimate anticipation" or "legitimate expectation" are analyzed, which often relate to government payments that depend on economic and social policies in each sphere. It is argued that the doctor-entrepreneur having become a partner of the Service, has a "legal anticipation" so that funds should be transferred to his bank account on the basis of declarations signed with patients to provide them with a package of primary medical care services guaranteed to these patients. The state is obliged to provide such payments. If payments fail to be provided, the county's economic, social, or health policy cannot be an excuse for the state.Traditional methods of medical examination used during medical visits give little information about the adaptive capabilities of the body, which largely determine the body's ability to adapt to changing environmental conditions. Therefore, diagnosis of adaptive capacity of the body, which can be attributed to the form of prenosological diagnosis of the identified changes, is necessary for an objective assessment of health and improving the effectiveness of health measures. In our work we used the methodology of G. L. Apanasenko, E. A. Pirogova, Berseneva A. B. and Y. P. Suicine. The study involved 1010 people of the population of Astana and Northern regions of Kazakhstan. In all age categories, the higher level of physical condition was among women (64.15±1.95%), compared with men (20.83±2.04%). There were no significant differences in the values of adaptive capacity among men and women, but the number of women with high adaptive capacity (62.7±1.96%) was higher than that of men (55.99±2.5%). The index of physical condition and adaptive capacity were higher among the adolescent population (84.4±4.05%) and had a natural tendency to decrease with age. In 74.4±0.31% of cases it was caused by deterioration of functional parameters of cardiovascular and respiratory systems. Comparative analysis of the adaptive capacity of the population in the regions showed their unidirectional change with the index of physical condition. The lowest values of adaptive potential, indicating a high degree of adaptation, were residents of Astana (54.56±3.52%). The worst performance was observed among the villagers Zarja and Ubaganskoe. In our opinion, such differences may be due to differences in income levels, education, as well as the availability of sports and recreation facilities.The article presents the results of an experimental study on the knee joint structural changes and morphometric evaluation of articular cartilage with the injections of platelet rich plasma (PRP) and bone marrow aspirate concentrate (BMAC). Cartilage defect, anterior cruciate ligament intersection and medial meniscus resection were performed for the induction of osteoarthritis in rabbits. After 28 days, 0.9% NaCl, PRP or BMAC was administered intra-articularly; 0.9% NaCl or PRP was injected intra-articularly within 14 days. After 2 months, histological and morphometric examination of the epiphyseal surface of the femur and tibia was performed. Animal models showed identical diameter of epiphyseal cartilage defect, chondrocyte reduction (by 55.1%), reduction of perifocal articular surface thickness (by 53.2%) and relative bone density of epiphysis (by 44.3%). Modeling of the joint defect was not limited to the area of damage and caused degenerative changes of the articular cartilage of the tibia. Statistical analysis showed that the introduction of PRP had no preventive effect on the degenerative changes in the articular surface. In the BMAC group, the thickness of the hyaline cartilage of the tibia was found to be 23.1% (P less then 0.05) greater compared with the 0.9% NaCl group and the double PRP group. However, the relative density of subchondral bone tissue in the experimental groups with osteoarthritis had no differences.Human papilloma virus (HPV) infection, especially with high risk types, represent the major etiological factor for the development of cervical precancerous and cancerous lesions. However, other factors including cell proliferation index, epithelial-mesenchymal transition and the presence of co-infections might also influence the progression of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN). The aim of our study was to analyse, the expression of cell proliferation markers and epithelial-mesenchymal transition markers during the progression of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, in cases with and without co-infections. Standard immunohistochemistry was used to detect, Ki67, cyclin D1, phosphohiston-H3, p63, E-cadherin, β-catenin and vimentin. The results of our study indicated that the expression of Ki67, phosphohiston-H3 and p63 is significantly increased during the progression of CIN disease, whilst the expression of E-cadherin and β-catenin are progressively lost. The expression of mesenchymal marker vimentin is also increased in CINIII and in invasive carcinoma. Proliferation index based on Ki67 labelling is significantly higher in cases with co-infections and the expression on E-cadherin is significantly lower in cases with co-infections compared to cases without co-infections. In conclusion, the measurement of proliferation index, based on Ki67 labelling, as well as mitotic index based on phosphohiston-H3 detection can reliably indicate high and low risk groups of the progression of CIN. Similarly, higher p63 expression, loss of E-cadherin and β-catenin and higher vimentin expression can indicate the progression risk of CIN. The presence of co-infections is associated with the increased expression of proliferation marker Ki67 and the loss of E-cadherin and therefore it can be considered as an additional marker of CIN progression.The aim of research - to study the level of biomarkers of bacterial translocation in the dynamics of the development of two types of intestinal obstruction. In the experiment, 60 white male rats (2 groups with a model of obstructive (OIO) and strangulated (SIO) intestinal obstruction and the Sham control group) determined the level of biomarkers PCT, LBP, IL-6 in blood serum by ELISA. Statistically significant differences in the levels of PCT and LBP were detected in the subgroups of OIO 1 day and SIO 1h/6h, the maximum values were found in the subgroup of OIO 1 day, with SIO the levels of PCT and LBP gradually increased in the post-reperfusion period. The level of IL-6 is statistically significantly increased in the subgroups of OIO 1 day and both SIO. LBP and IL-6 levels are moderately elevated in the Sham group. LBP and PCT are the most valuable markers of bacterial translocation at intestinal obstruction, while LBP is an effective marker IL-6 the degree of systemic inflammatory response.Antibiotic resistance and its impact on human microbiome remains a global public health concern. This review focuses on the association between antibiotics use and its impact on gut microbiome of adults and children, gut microbiota metabolic interactions and presents the current understanding of the link between human gut microbiome and immune system.The review summarizes the current knowledge about inborn errors of fatty acid metabolism (disorders of carnitine transport and mitochondrial fatty acid oxidation), characterized by high mortality, predominant damage of the central nervous system, heart, liver and skeletal muscles. The article presents the main clinical genetic features of diseases this group. After the introduction of newborn screening using the tandem mass-spectrometry (MS/MS), early identification of fatty acid metabolism defects became possible. Using of MS/MS method is promising for mass newborn screening. Early identification and accordingly timely initiated treatment prevents unfavorable outcome. Moreover, a specified medical-genetic diagnosis allows further prenatal diagnosis of pathology in subsequent pregnancies.The purpose of our study is to assess the situation with safety of children when they use the Internet. A comprehensive analysis of the risks and dangers, the source of which is the World Wide Web, has been carried out. Researchers have used the survey method, which confirms the hypothesis that the problem of negative influence in the uncontrolled use of Internet technologies by children exists and is becoming more acute. The quantitative indicators of Internet users among schoolchildren are analyzed, types of crimes are identified, the victims of which can be children who use the Internet. An empirical study showed that one of the main goals of teenagers using Internet technologies is communication, which allows minors to be more free, and in some cases, makes it possible to be relaxed, liberated, frivolous, which leads to increased victimization. The article discusses the impact of virtual communication on the physical and mental health of children, the occurrence of Internet addiction, gaming disorders, attention deficit, hyperactivity disorder, depression and other diseases.
