51%, a recall of 93.20 ± 0.53%, and an F1-measure of 93.20 ± 0.52%. The areas under the receiver operating characteristic curve and precision recall curve were 0.9873 and 0.9870. The real prediction ability and application performance of the developed method have also been further evaluated and verified through an independent data set test and case study. Some potential small molecules and miRNAs related to cancer have been identified and are worthy of further experimental research. It is anticipated that our model could be regarded as a useful high-throughput virtual screening tool for drug research and development. In this study, the inhibitory effects of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) produced by B. subtilis CF-3 on Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, a major destructive phytopathogen of litchi anthracnose, were analyzed using proteomics and transcriptomics. Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and proteins (DEPs) indicated that the inhibition of C. gloeosporioides by B. subtilis CF-3 VOCs downregulated the expression of genes related to cell membrane fluidity, cell wall integrity, energy metabolism, and production of cell wall-degrading enzymes. Particularly, those important DEGs and DEPs related to the ergosterol biosynthetic and biosynthesis of unsaturated fatty acids are most significantly influenced. 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol, a characteristic component of B. subtilis CF-3 VOCs, also showed a similar effect on C. gloeosporioides. Our results provide a theoretical basis for the potential application of B. subtilis CF-3 in the postharvest protection of fruits and vegetables.A broad range of in vitro test methods have been developed given their numerous potential advantages over in vivo tests. We describe here key resources and tools to increase the reliability and reproducibility of in vitro toxicological test methods.
This study aimed to explore the impact of selenium (SE) on Bisphenol-A (BPA)-exposed sperm and isolated testicular mitochondria of mice.

Mouse sperm and isolated mitochondria were exposed to BPA (0.8 mM) and different concentrations of SE (50, 100, and 200 μM) for four hours. The viability of sperm and isolated mitochondria as well as the mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) were evaluated. SOD (superoxide dismutase), GSH (glutathione), MDA (malondialdehyde), and ROS (reactive oxygen species) levels in testicular mitochondria were also examined.

BPA concentration-dependently enhanced ROS and MDA levels in isolated mitochondria, while MMP and acclivity of GSH and SOD significantly reduced. BPA also considerably impaired spermatozoa survival and motility. SE concentration-dependently reduced mitochondrial oxidative stress, MMP, sperm survival, and total sperm motility.

Our findings collectively suggested that SE concentration-dependently reversed BPA-caused mitochondrial toxicity and reduced sperm motility by suppressing oxidative stress.

Male infertility may be caused by several factors occurring in isolation or association with several complex syndromes. Despite the importance of semen analysis in the initial investigation of infertility, it has been estimated that 15% of infertile men present normal sperm, a proportion that calls for additional tests to further investigate cases of infertility and accurately determine the factors that alter ejaculate quality. In addition to semen analysis parameters, genetics has been drawing attention. The incorporation of genetic diagnostic methods in the routine practice of andrology laboratories is an important step to further improve assisted reproductive technologies. The present study described the current status of the main methods used in male infertility investigation.
To evaluate the association among embryonic morphological parameters, clinical factors and euploid blastocyst formation.

This prospective cohort study included 422 blastocysts from 135 patients who had undergone preimplantation genetic analysis after intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI).

Of 422 blastocysts, 200 (47.4%) were euploid and 222 (52.6%) aneuploid. Women aged older than 38 years were more likely to develop aneuploid embryos (OR 3.4, CI 2.2-5.4, p<0.001). Poor ovarian reserve (OR 3.3, p<0.001), increased male age (39.0 versus 40.7, p=0.019), and decrease in sperm percentage with normal morphology (2.5% vs. 1.9%, p=0.047) were associated with aneuploidy. Type C trophectoderm (TE) and type C inner cell mass were associated with a high risk of embryo aneuploidy, with OR of 4.1 (CI 2.2-7.7, p<0.001) and 1.7 (CI 1.01-3.0, p=0.048), respectively. Logistic regression analysis revealed maternal age and type C TE as the main risk factors for aneuploidy. Among combinations of factors, the best marker for the risk of aneuploidy was maternal age older than 38 years, combined with a type-C embryo with trophectoderm, which showed a positive predictive value of 88.6% and a specificity of 97.5%.

Trophectoderm and type-C inner cell mass are the main embryo risk factors for aneuploidy, explaining approximately 71% and 60% of the risk, respectively. Manogepix clinical trial Among clinical factors, advanced maternal and paternal age (older than 38 and 36 years, respectively), antral follicles (<5), and a low percentage of sperm with normal morphology increased the risk of embryonic aneuploidy.

The use of non-drug technologies is necessary taking into account the pathogenesis of the bronchial asthma development and is aimed at relieving bronchospasm, reducing the activity of allergic inflammation in the bronchi, improving their drainage function, strengthening the respiratory muscles and increasing exercise tolerance. When carrying out rehabilitation measures it is important to observe the basic principles of medical rehabilitation. An individual medical rehabilitation program is drawn up taking into account the assessment of the child's clinical condition at each stage with the diagnosis of the initial rehabilitation status, the establishment of a rehabilitation diagnosis and an assessment of the rehabilitation potential. The article presents the data of the analysis of scientific publications and our own research allowing to draw up an algorithm for the formation of an individual program of medical rehabilitation for children with bronchial asthma.Bronchopulmonary complications are one of the leading causes of morbidity after cardiac surgery; they lengthen a patient's hospital stay and increase the cost of treatment. The most common postoperative bronchopulmonary complications include pneumonia, atelectasis, respiratory failure, pneumothorax, and bronchospasm. These complications are the consequences of anesthesia and surgical trauma aggravated by the presence of risk factors in the patient in the preoperative period such as any chronic disease involving the lungs, smoking history, persistent cough and / or wheezing, chest and spinal deformities, obesity, senior age. In addition, the presence of chronic heart failure, diabetes mellitus, and chronic kidney disease also increase the risk of developing bronchopulmonary complications. In the prevention and treatment of bronchopulmonary complications the clinical effectiveness of rehabilitation programs after coronary artery bypass grafting is undeniable. The effectiveness of the programs has been proven oncientifically grounded individual rehabilitation programs with a step-by-step algorithm for managing the patient by a rehabilitation multi-team from the first hours after surgery with the mandatory inclusion of pre-rehabilitation and taking into account the social, anamnestic, clinical and psychological characteristics of the patient. There is a high prevalence of osteoporosis (OP) among patients of the older age undergoing rehabilitation. Therefore, it is obvious that physicians working in the field of physical and rehabilitative medicine should be well oriented in this medical problem.
To study the relevance of the OP problem for physicians working in the field of physical and rehabilitation medicine, their awareness of the main methods of diagnosis, treatment and prevention of OP, as well as the frequency of using these methods in daily clinical practice.

A cross-type study was carried out using a questionnaire survey. The study included 157 doctors (male 34, female 123) of 8 medical specialties working in 27 specialized medical institutions on the profile of «medical rehabilitation» or «spa treatment». The questionnaire for doctors consisted of 21 items of special questions.

90.45% of doctors considered the problem of OP is relevant for their clinical activities, 100% of respondents indicated that the presence of OP significantly in this area. The scope of physical methods for correcting the pathological skin scars is rapidly growing but the results of their use are often unsatisfactory. An inadequate approach to therapy without taking into account the assessment of their effectiveness leads to relapses, increased growth of scar tissue or the absence of a clinically significant effect which requires strict scientific evidence in the course of benign scientific studies.
Scientometric analysis of evidence-based studies on the use of therapeutic physical factors in the correction of post-acne scars.

The analysis of evidence-based studies in electronic databases (PEDro, PubMed, eLibrary) and in databases of systematic reviews (Cochrane database) for the period from 2015 to 2020 was carried out. The following terms in Russian and English were taken as key words acne scars (acne scarring), physical therapy (physical therapy). The final assessment of physical methods of correction included mainly data from foreign systematic reviews, meta-analyzes of Rrve as the basis for the development of clinical guidelines.
There is a need for regular synthesis and analysis of existing evidence-based studies, as well as the implementation of new high-quality randomized controlled clinical trials to study the effect of physical correction methods on post-acne scars which serve as the basis for the development of clinical guidelines.
To evaluate the opportunity of Borg scale using for applying and monitoring the aerobic training intensity in the pool as well as the relationship between the Borg scale and the heart rate (HR) in the aquatic environment.

The study involved 11 healthy individuals (mean age 46.4±7.5 years). After a cardiopulmonary test on a treadmill and a probation lesson the training was conducted in the pool using a set of basic aerobic exercises lasting 45 minutes. During training the subjects had to maintain a load level corresponding to 12-14 points on the Borg scale. Every 10 minutes of the main training part the heart rate was calculated and the rating of perceived exertion (RPE) was determined according to the Borg scale.

The average heart rate in the main part of the training was 126.8±14.0 beats/min. The intensity of aerobic exercise was 82% of the maximum heart rate determined during the cardiopulmonary test and 68% of the reserve heart rate which corresponded to a high level of intensity. Between the heart rate and the Borg scale a significant correlation was found in the first period of training (
