MTT method is utilized to determine the inhibitory activity of nanoparticles on HepG2 cell proliferation. After treated with IgG/PLGA/Dt386 and AFP/PLGA/Dt386 nanoparticles for 48 hours, flow cytometry is used to detect the apoptosis rate and cell cycle of HepG2 cells in each group. The results show that AFP/PLGA/Dt386 nanospheres have biological targeting effect and can be enriched in cells. AFP/PLGA/Dt386 nanoparticles can significantly inhibit the migration, invasion and proliferation of HepG2 cells, and promote apoptosis.Cervical cancer is the most common malignant tumor of the female reproductive system. We combine gold and magnetic nanomaterials through other nanostructures to achieve the integration of diagnosis and treatment of tumors. We have synthesized two kinds of gold magnetic nanocomposites, GNR-PPy-FA nanocomposites. With the role of chemotherapy and heat and light therapy, GNR-PPy-FA nanocomposites have high light-to-heat conversion efficiency. For each patient in the two groups, two pieces of diseased gastric tissue were firstly taken through gastroscopy; then the observation group applied Fe₃O₄-PPy with the particle diameter of 150-350 nm as carrier to detect the contents of carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA19-9), alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), carbohydrate antigen 242 (CA242), carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and carbohydrate antigen 72-4 (CA72-4) in the diseased gastric tissue, while the control group directly detected the contents of corresponding tumor markers; after the detecr, and has certain value for the auxiliary diagnosis of early gastric cancer and the observation of therapeutic effects. This study results provide a reference for the further researches of Fe₃O₄-PPy in the diagnosis of tumor markers in patients with early gastric cancer.Gastric cancer (GC) is a serious threat to the health and lives of people around the world. In vivo imaging monitors tumor growth and uses a combination of photothermal, immune, and chemotherapy to treat the mouse model. With doxorubicin as an antitumor drug carrier, the drug loading, in vitro drug release, cytotoxicity and behavior in cells of mesoporous nano particle-targeted drug delivery system were studied. The cells were injected into the bladder through the urethra, and the mouse bladder cancer subcutaneous model was treated with gelatin-coated single-walled carbon nanotube-encapsulated mouse granulocytes-macrophage colony-stimulating factor and doxorubicin. In the process of using, the use of near-infrared light for irradiation, thereby achieving the combined effect of photothermal, immune and chemotherapy. The experimental results show that the prepared doxorubicin prodrug delivery system can enhance the targeted therapeutic effect and reduce the toxicity and side effects of the drug.
