3) Status - Pending
4 ) TAT we have to share of 24 hrs regarding the pickup initiation
B ) If one of the condition is not met whether the profile of the cx is not visible or selling price of the cx is more than 400. (In this RA team will check and decide)
1) Move case to NQA false investigation_SCM Queue
2) TAT we have to share of 24 hrs for update.

In this we have to follow the steps :

Then we have to ask cx that the seal of the packaging is open or not.
a) Packaging seal - Close b) Packaging seal - Open
In this we have to give denial to cx.
