5. Cheaper for plaintiff and defendant as there is no need for paying Lawyers as much. Justice may not truly have the final say in these cases as plaintiffs of less value than corporations may be pressured into it. This has less emotional baggage for all parties involved, and more pressing matters may go to court in favour of lower level issues that can be settled out of court. This allows most low-value cases to not waste time in court. Forms of these that may be effective are Meditation, EME and independent expert determination; These all have advantages like what I have listed, etc. Lawyers may call up a friend or 2 to peer review their agreements which allows for diversity in the law job market as many lawyers can be involved in one non-case, Allegedly. Now to be clear I'm not a lawyer yet but methinks this is beneficial as arguments become more verified and easier to be more justified. heh.
