Once done, apply the changes, go to Script then hit Transfer
All will be automatically transfer on the Slack and it will be added in Velocify
Once you transfer, the functionalities for leads are on upper right

3 options to look for the closer:
Call - will bring him to the loop, the closer's functionality will be below
You should never hangup on the call unless it is very important.
Stay on the line, you will learn from the conversation.
The time you are on the line will be added on your TT so you stay.
Lead hang-up pop up, you can select WRAP UP
Once done, hit transfer to end the call
Inbound calls mean they are interested...
If inbounds are looking for someone else, msg them first in Slack to check if they are available...
Click transfer, under Agents, look for the agent then click Blind transfer...
