Customer: No i did not

Agent: Sir/Ma'am as i can see in my system there was a purchase done of Apple Mac book pro and an Apple Air Pod by you amounting of $1537.35 and will be delivered to you today at the requested address, that is 49 Arcadia Court, Albany New York, USA 12205. do you know this delivery address?
Customer: No, I don't know that address

Agent: Sir/Ma'am if you did not make this purchase and you don't know this address in that case i need to run full security check on this Amazon account also i will trace all the locations so we can find out where is your account's been used.
So may i put your call on a hold for a minute ?

Agent: Thank you for holding the line Sir/ Ma'am, What I understand is your amazon account has been accessed from multiple locations and multiple devices at the same time, your amazon account was accessed in Ohio, New Jersey, New York as well as Texas.
I would like to ask you

1) Have you ever shared your account information with anyone?

2) Have you ever lost your phone or wallet in the past?

3) Do you remember when you created your amazon account ?
Customer: May be 4-5 years ago

Agent: But Sir/Ma'am as i can see in my system this amazon account is created in the last month, under your name in new york so i believe that was not you ?
Customer: That was not me

Agent: That means definitely someone has created this amazon fraud account and has made this purchase from in New York do you know anyone who lives in Albany New York?
Customer: I do not know anyone there!

Agent: Sir/Ma'am, since this is a clear situation of Identity Theft, we will have to report this case to the Federal Trade Commission, this department works for the government and deals with any online fraud or identity theft situation.
they’re the one who will be responsible to report an identity theft under your name.

Also you need to tell them the purchase was not done by you, Because they will be responsible to put a stop on that transaction so you are not charged for the purchase. did you understand this part ?
