I think the role of dropshippers is to provide their costumers all necessary knowledge about the product. Market their product in an effective way and give complete details about the product on the website. Role of the courier company is that they may deliver all the orders on time and also take care of all items and make sure that all items are delivered safe and sound. Role of hhc is very important. It's their responsibility to manage all the inventory and make sure that all items are in their best quality and the vendors provide the same quality of item that he listed on hhc dropshipping website.

In case of failed delivery, first I call the costumer and get details about why he didn't receive the order, then if the costumer asked me for reattempt then from my hhc portal I apply for reattempt. If my order is getting late, then I think its hhc responsibility to solve this problem because I think there's no way I can reach out to my courier company. I first started facebook adds , then when my costumer place an order I call the costumer for order confirmation. After that I send them a wathsapp msg to again confirm the order. Then I place that order on the hhc and send the tracking link that hhc gives me to them.
Until my parcel was delivered to my costumer, I tried to engage with them every single day for a better delivery ratio...
