the store of cindrella by charles perrault takes place in Franch, and the main characters are cindrella and the handsome prince. the story starts when Cinderella's father died, and her stepmother provide everything for her daughters, including dresses, shoes, foods and comfort, one day a beautiful new dress arrived to their house, but cindrella was not allowed to attend the ball.
