Bidarki Recreation Center offers a number of membership options to cater to each individual patron. The front desk staff can help you decide what type membership is the best fit for you and or give you a tour of the facility. The Alaska Club Fun Camps offer healthy, active fun, creative activities, daily swimming, and a variety of sports to keep children moving all year long, including school breaks and summer breaks. The complex will operate daily, Monday through Sunday, fall and spring semesters, in accordance with the posted semester schedule. The complex will be closed on all university holidays and up to 10 days without notice for needed maintenance. The scheduled activities may be preempted by special events without notice.
Facility is open 24/7 — the height of availability. Invariably, everyone I've seen working at ALASKA FITNESS is competent and congenial without being smarmy. The gym offers a wide variety of exercise machines. I especially like the new machines installed this year. The people using them, the gym rats, are serious without being judgmental. 24/7 with key card, 3 squat racks, sauna rooms and good personal trainers.

The gym members are also very friendly and make you feel welcome. This is a friendly, local, woman-owned business with attentive staff and clean facilities. Using a signature splash-board, increase movement and intensity options while enjoying a safe and inclusive environment suitable for all skill levels, even non-swimmers. Sponsored classes are free to attend because of financial support from organizations such as Valdez United Way and SWAN.

The Wolf's Lair features leading weight room equipment, state-of-the-art cardio machines, a turf Alaska spas area for functional fitness, and staff that are there to support you every step of the way. Participants enrolled in a fitness program not only gain access to the H&FC facility, but also a group of drop-in style fitness classes. Participants may attend classes once, intermittently, or for every session offered. Drop-in classes are suitable for all fitness levels.

Kids can enjoy the 25 yard swimming pool which features a 50 foot circular water slide and wading pool. Adults can enjoy the weight area and the gyms various group fitness classes.
