The purpose of our research title is to understand and give a simple explanation of how anxiety works on students and can affect students' mental health and school performance in academics and also their behavior. The study aims to identify the negative impacts of school traumas or anxiety and how it can affect learners' minds. We will conduct a survey to know what other people comment on that problem, after conducting a survey that the time that we will do a method or steps on how to defend against anxiety and to back his/her good academic performance. Also, this study can help educators and parents give better support to learners to manage their anxiety and overcome it in a better way and to improve or back their good academic background.

The purpose of this research title is to discuss the negative impacts of anxiety on student's mental health, academic performance, and also their behavior. Why do we pursue this kind of topic for us, this is kind of serious topic that all we need to know about. The study will conduct a survey to understand people's perspectives on the problem and develop methods to help students manage and overcome anxiety. The results of the study can assist educators and parents in providing better support to learners and improving their academic performance.
