For a book to be published is not an easy process. It requires so many efforts and steps until the beloved books reach the readers. These intricate steps are done by many individuals and not just the writer. It requires the teamwork of several people trying to publish the writer's masterpiece. The book publishing process goes through in total 9 steps that require approximately 18-24 months to finally reach the publishing step. The first step is writing. The writing process is done by the writer himself for an unlimited amount of time depending on the writing pace of the writer. Then, the writer can reach some publishing houses as desired to help the writer revise and publish the book. Next, the writing is sent to the publishing houses. It is studied by an editor and once it's approved, the contract between the writer and the publishing house is made. After that, the layout of the book is designed and gone through many revisions until it is finally reached the final decision on the layout. The revision process usually takes a lot of time and the editor is the one who will always pay attention to the smallest details of the writing to make sure it is perfectly written. Then, the final layout is printed and binded to become an intact book. Finally, the books began to be distributed to many bookshops so they could be bought and seen by many people. In conclusion, the publishing process of a book is not an easy thing to do so we students need to appreciate every book that exists.
