I'm using this medium to welcome us into a new beginning and to say big thank you to everyone of us on behalf of Mr. Olayinka J. Ogunyemi for our altruistic support as a result of great team work done.
Meantime I am imploring everyone of us for our altruistic cooperation to continue working as a team as we usually do in order to achieve our goals. The strength of this NOC Team is each member, the strength of each NOC member is the team (Please keep that at the back of your mind).
I knew that many of us are more capable than some of us, but none of us is as capable as all of us.
Let us realized that no one of us could be as good as all of us working unselfishly.
In that I will be introducing some new working metrics to make our work very easier, interesting and to help us reach our potentials.
i urged everyone of us to do our work as we are supposed to, during our shift to avoid criticizing each other.
I want to highlight the fact that I will rely on you each to be honest with me and, in turn, I will be honest with you.
I have high expectations of every one of you and I have no doubt that, together, we could acheave out potential.
