His father, Elder T.E Oyakhilome (Assemblies of God Church, Benin City) was one of the pioneers. His son Pastor Chris was truly influenced by his father. Growing up in a home that is adamant about a Christian message is a true blessing.

It is easy to imagine the joy his deceased father must have felt when he saw his son's firstborn share the Gospel message that Jesus Christ is the Savior. The legacy left by his father could have had a tremendous influence on the young Chris Oyakhilome. He went on his first mission at the age of nine.

Chris Oyakhilome has fulfilled his promise to honor his parents. Pastor Chris has served his father with the devotion of a true Christian and has led prayers at school and delivering sermons to millions of people.

Pastor Chris celebrated Angelina his mother with the blessing of Angelina's mother with a Benin celebration.

Her fairness and grace are what have been called her the "quintessential mother" She is a very loving grandmother mother-in-law, mother-in-law, as well as mother-in- law who passed her divine grace on to her son.

Super Siblings

Tim Oyakhilome and Angelina had two more children. Reverend Ken is Pastor Chris's brother. As the most revered pastor of the Christ Embassy's Houston Texas branch He has imparted wisdom to many and made an impact on people's lives. He is also an executive council member for Christ Embassy Central.

Katty Worghiren, Pastor Chris's sibling, is the director at the LoveWorld Music & Arts Ministry. Pastor Chris Biography Katty started her career as a dazzling member of the choir. Her songwriting talent has resulted in some of the most well-known LoveWorld songs. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome She wrote the national anthem "I Believe In Nigeria".

A lot of Christ Embassy's members are aware Pastor Chris Oyakhilome views Christ Embassy as both a personal and global family. It is truly inspiring to watch his family completely immersed in the ministry of the Gospel teachings. As 1 Timothy 5: 1-2 recounts:

Two Outstanding Daughters

Pastor Chris married Anita and they were blessed with two beautiful daughters. His ex-wife Anita may not have been keen to continue their union but they are still very happy with their lovely daughters Carissa and Charlene. They are currently living together in London.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome's Nephew Daysman Oyakhilome Woghiren is one of Africa's most likely leaders. His skills are being utilized in a way to help young people hear the Word of God. He is an entrepreneur and CEO of Carel Films Enterprise. His mission is to spread the Good News by using modern communication methods. He is the creator of over 100 Christian music videos, animations and songs which include "I Know Who I am" by Sinach, Rozey's "Kinging", "Igbunu", by Micheal Jaffe, as well as "Untouchable" from TB1.


He was the winner of the American Academy of Animations Award 3 times already at the age of 20. He also was a recipient of the Walt Disney Award and nominated for the Future African Leaders Award FALA. The real power of his work is in helping others discover the light of their genius.
