10 Places To Find Best Robot Vacuum And Mop
The Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo

The Q Revo is an excellent choice if you're looking for a mid-range robot vacuum and mop. It has a great mopping capabilities, but is lacking some of the features of its more expensive counterpart.

In tests it was able to remove pet hair and dry oats out of carpets with a medium-pile. It doesn't use LIDAR, however, as cheaper models do to map your home.

1. IRobot Roomba S9+

The iRobot Roomba S9+ robot vacuum is among the top-rated robots. It offers impressive cleaning power and a variety of features such as an automatic dirt bin built into its charging base. This robot can also learn your habits of cleaning and suggest automated schedules to provide a hands-free and effortless experience.

The setup process is simple thanks to the iRobot Home app that walks you through the procedure. Once the system is in place it can begin automated cleaning with a single button click. You can select an overall clean which focuses on the elimination of larger pieces of debris like rice and cereal. You can also choose two mappings to ensure that your home is completely cleaned.

This robot vacuum performs well on both floors that are bare and carpet with a low pile. It can take in large objects and doesn't lose suction as rapidly as some other models and can pick up pet hair with ease. It has a difficult time with plush or high-pile carpet, but iRobot promises it will get better in the future with new models.

The S9+ features a new design from iRobot that is focused on enhancing corner and edge cleaning. It's the very first Roomba that has flat-fronted D-shaped designs. The company hopes that this will allow it to be able to hug furniture and walls. It's a nice improvement over the hockey puck-like design of the majority of robovacs. However, we found it to be only incrementally better than circular models.

iRobot also claims the S9+ comes with an advanced filtering system that blocks tiny dust particles and allergens from recirculating within your home. We think it's a nice statement but not enough to justify a higher price.

Its smart navigation system uses sensors to store the structure of your home, and vSLAM for mapping the interior. It can then clean your entire home efficiently by avoiding obstacles like stairs and other obstacles. The iRobot Home app lets you control the robot and schedule cleaning times, as well as establish virtual boundary markers, so it can recognize areas that require extra attention.

2. Roborock Q Revo

Roborock Q Revo is a robotic that is a combination of mopping and vacuuming. Its vac settings are as efficient as those found on more expensive models and its mopping feature is better still--its spinning pads do a much more impressive job of scrubbing floors than a stationary vibrating pad.

automatic vacuum cleaner is that it lacks an additional rubber brush to allow to provide more thorough cleaning, but that's an affordable cost to pay if want to get one of the best robots on the market. The robo-vac's dust tank is also bigger than those on many of its rivals and it takes only two or three cycles to fill it, even at the highest dirt level.

As for the mopping system, I was impressed by its ability to scrub tough dirt off my floors. The two mopping settings that it has which are less powerful than high-powered settings, produce little noise, so you can work or even watch TV without being distracted. It will gently hit a wall or furniture and move on whenever it comes across one.

The Q Revo is unique in that it can run almost entirely on its own, requiring only minimal user involvement. The dock of the robo-vac can be multi-functional and automatically transfers trash into a hidden bin. It also washes and dries the clean water tank. The app will only notify you when something is wrong for example, a low clean water tank or a vacuuming session that is cancelled due to the bin being full.

You can also create or combine actual rooms to alter the way Q Revo treats your home. This is an excellent feature for those who have multiple rooms in your home that have different floor materials or if there's a lot of items that need to be cleaned out frequently, like clothes, toys and books. The robo-vac was also one of the best performers in my test cleaning up debris from carpets and hardwood floors in the first attempt. It can even vacuum up wet spills, though I recommend drying them using a clean cloth before bringing the robot in.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni

The X2 Omni is a premium robot mop and vacuum that comes with all the features you can need. It comes with a rotating mop and a powerful vacuum that can clean carpets as well as hard floors. It's similar to the iRobot Roomba S9+. It also comes with an automatic cleaning station that washes and cleans the mop pads, keeping them clean and ready to be reused. It also features a new sensor system that is able to better detects obstacles, granting it the ability to avoid falling over furniture or other objects.

The biggest difference over the ECOVACS Deebot X1 is that it has a sleeker, more modern design due to Danish firm Jacob Jensen Design (best known for its Bang & Olufsen products). The robot is still quite large. It measures over two feet in the height and depth and weighs almost four pounds. However the robot as well as its base are smaller than the Roborock Q Revo or iRobot J7.

This version is also more efficient than the X1 one, because it charges faster and can handle a full cleaning of about 1,500 square feet on one charge. And it has a larger dustbin that is more durable to hold more debris which makes it easier to empty when needed.

The X2 Omni also has a more natural voice assistant as well as an app that works even when you're not at home. It also has more mopping options and an intelligent routing feature which allows it to clean specific rooms or areas of your home instead of simply following a predetermined route.

The X2 Omni is the best mopping robot. Its mop pads rotating scrub away tough stains, and its motor generates lots of downward pressure. The vacuuming capabilities are also excellent, and it increases suction when it senses carpets to ensure thorough cleaning. It also has a huge battery that can last for several weeks between charges and its mopping mode is as effective as the ones we've seen on the market for a consumer robot.

4. Dreametech L10s Ultra

The Dreametech L10s Ultra is a high-end robot vacuum and mop that comes with a host of convenience features that you don't often see on robots at this price range. It can make detailed floor maps and detect various flooring types. It's also one of the only robots that automatically clean and dry its mop pad. These features are great, but they also place the L10s in the premium category. This might make it more expensive than what homeowners would need.

It is designed to resemble a modern floor cleaner The L10s Ultra is a tall and slim device with an elegant white finish that's highlighted by mirror plating and silver elements. The front of the machine is dominated by an enormous bumper that helps protect furniture and the vacuum from damage while moving around the home. Behind the pane at the front is a second navigation technology with sensors that aid the L10s Ultra navigate around tight corners and avoid obstacles.

On the top of the vacuum, there is a single button that serves as an on/off switch. Pressing this will activate the vacuum, and pressing it again will shut off the vacuum and return it to its base station. The circular menu at the center of the control panel lets you to select cleaning modes as well as schedules and preferences. The left and right buttons below the screen will open up the settings menu in which you can tweak how the L10s Ultra integrates with your home.

Like the iRobot Roomba S9+ and Roborock Q Revo, the L10s Ultra uses a combination of LIDAR and camera-based navigation technologies to map out your home. This helps the robot vacuum and mop effectively without getting stuck. The LIDAR helps the robot vacuum avoid obstacles and recognize them as obstacles, which is an excellent feature for households with pets or young children.

The L10s Ultra provides solid vacuuming performance, clearing 98.4 percent of the debris from our hardwood floor test and getting rid of all but the most stubborn juice stain. Its mops also do a great job and remove 98.4 percent of the debris from our carpet, tile and wood tests. However, it wasn't as efficient in dealing with sand on the floor, or Quaker oats on carpet.
