1. Demonologi adalah salah satu cabang studi dari ilmu teologia yg menjelaskan klasifikasi demon, taksonomi demon.
2. Demonologi berasal dari 2 kata yaitu Daemon dan Logos. Daemon (δαίμooν) memiliki arti secara harfiah yaitu divinity, divine power, god = ilahi, kekuatan yang besar, sifat tuhan. Sedangkan Logos (-λογία) = ilmu / studi. Jadi secara etimologis.

4. Lust di wakili oleh Asmodeus
Asmodeus adalah setan nafsu, karena itu bertanggung jawab untuk memutar hasrat seksual orang. Dikatakan orang yang jatuh ke cara Asmodeus akan dihukum selamanya di neraka tingkat kedua. Digambarkan dengan 3 kepala, yang pertama adalah seperti banteng, yang kedua seperti laki-laki dengan mahkota, dan yang ketiga seperti domba jantan.
