This code defines the update_user_data function to handle user inputs for managing a user data list, UserData_list. The list contains name, age, address, and status. If the user selects option 2 (INSERT), the user is prompted to enter the index and the information to insert. The insert() method is used to insert the new information at the specified index.
If the user selects option 3 (REMOVE), the user is prompted to enter the index of the item to remove. The pop() method is used to remove the item at the specified index.
If the user selects option 4 (CHANGE), the user is prompted to enter the field to change (name, age, address, or status). If the field is valid, the user is prompted to enter the new value, and the value at the corresponding index in the data list is updated.
If the user selects option 5 (EXIT), the program exits the loop and ends.
If the user enters an invalid option, they are prompted to select a valid option.
