Infrastructure should be in line with these principles in order to be considered to be thoughtful. One should be in an an environment that is easy to understand, accessible, and visible.

Yerkin Tatishev draws inspiration from Europe
Yerkin Tashev emphasised the importance of quality and quantity of life when he built Koktobe City.

The team and the man who worked with him drew ideas from Finland, Germany, and other countries.

Tatishev was inspired by the low-rise structures, parks, and efficient infrastructure of German cities such as Dusseldorf, Munich and Berlin.

Tatishev says, "All these factors contribute to an environment that is comfortable for living."

"Almaty is unique from other Central Asian cities because it is the most European and free of them all. We believe that we have selected a building route that is most appropriate to the requirements of the city by pursuing the ideals of a city for its residents.

All under One Roof at Kusto Group
Kusto Group, located in Koktobe City aims to provide an inspiring and modern education environment, which includes various facilities.

In this regard the school will be equipped with classes in which students can draw or play instruments or take part in team sports.

It's easy to add a bit of travel on your commute by taking your kids to swim, draw, or to play music.

It was a good idea, to bring everything together in one place.
