SURPRISE! our first chosen establishments is JCO, and before we find our seat, we need to order first, and we decided to order the JCO's best seller food and beverages combination, according to their crew. And when our order is already done, we will now going to claim it in their claiming area. (record) 4

Tapos na kami mag order and andito na yung order namin, so now is titikman na namin yung mga nabili namin which is yung best seller nila na Alcapone Donut, and yung Jcoccino nila for frappe. So tignan po natin kung ano yung magiging evaluation natin pagdating sa food taste, ambiance, security, and how they handled the customer. 5

If we are going to rate our whole experience with the JCO Donut and Beverages Sta. Mesa branch, I must say that it is a 10/10 experience because from the ambiance of it, sa unang tingin pa lang at pagpasok sa store is meron ng mafi-feel yung customer na relaxing vibe and quiet atmosphere, maybe because of the lights and wall color, the aroma of the food they serve, the organized and neat set up of the store, and plus points for us, is the music background of the store while we are eating our ordered food. The second is the service operation, wherein we think that JCO is a quick service type of serving, wherein after we order our chosen food, tatawagin lang ang name namin para makuha yung inorder namin. Next, when it comes to food taste, menu, and price list, we are kind of shocked as a person na hindi masyado kumakain sa JCO because of the belief that it's pricy and pang mayaman lang. When we entered the shop, we realized na same price lang ito ng mga usual na kinakain namin outside the store, but they also have their own unique flavors of donuts and beverages, such as frappe, ice and hot coffee, yogurt, and fruity. So as we ordered their best-selling donut, which is alcappone, we can honestly say kung bakit ito ang best seller nila 'cause it is really worth the price and title. The bread is so fluffly, hindi siya masyado matamis, and the nuts that are giving more flavor to the whipped cream on top of the bread are really delicious too. We also ordered their best-selling frappe, which is jcoccino, and as a person who's not kind of fond of coffee, I think that the taste is okay for me because yung timpla is hindi masyado matapang and at the same time is hindi rin matamis, and sakto lang ito, also the whipped cream and the chocolate toppings of it yung nagbabalance sa dalawang opposite taste, and the combination of alcappone and joccino is just perfect for our taste buds. Additionally, we're happy na meron silang free glazed donut which is isa rin sa mga best selling nila, and it is really sweet and soft. Lastly, when it comes to security and how the service crew handled the customer, I must say that having a security guard inside the store is really a must because it can make the customer feel more safe and comfortable. Lalo na't, the store is open and big, and the location is beside the entrance and exit doors inside the SM Santa Mesa. In addition, the service crew is always approachable, they satisfy our needs, and they are always present in their respective working areas. Furthermore, we think that some of the push reasons to come to JCO ST MESA BRANCH are; it is a good alternative if a person is craving for something sweet, new food, beverages, and a relaxing atmosphere, while some pull reasons are the belief of the people that JCO is for expensive people only, their menu is just over hype, and the price list is for social climbers only.

KRISPY KREME! We are now here at the Krispy Kreme, and we're now ready to order their best seller food and beverage combination! It is really fast service because they will instantly prepare your order while you're still at the counter! After you receive your order is you can now pay, and look for your desire seat. (record) 10

Hi guys! Ngayon ay nandito po kami sa aming second chosen establishment and we ordered the Donut Original Glazed, then their best selling beverage which is the Ice Caramel. And, kagaya kanina is ie-evaluate rin namin sila when it comes to food taste, ambiance, security, and how they handle the customer. 10

As we saw the location store of Krispy Kreme inside the second floor of SM Santa Mesa, we realized that not all their branch store appearances are the same because of the size of the store and its location. At first, we thought that it's just a store for takeout, but it turns out that they also have a dine-in, and they are also a quick service type, even though their store is kind of small and the chairs are not enough for a huge number of customers who want to dine-in. If we are going to rate our overall experiences at Krispy Kreme, I must say that it is 8/10, maybe because their branch is here in Sta. Mesa has a lack of items to satisfy our needs. However, from the ambiance of it, the store's color is very alive and very aesthetic because it is white, green, and red, and they have this quote and decoration that is very appealing in the eyes of the customer, and the aroma and the vibe are very natural. Next, when it comes to food taste and price list, Krispy Kreme has their own property of unique flavors when it comes to their donuts and beverages, such as hot and iced coffee and chocolate, lemonade, and juices, and from the taste of it, it's all worth the price. So as we also ordered their best-selling food and beverages, which are original glazed donuts and iced caramel, we just realized that both food and drink are super sweet. Although we are aware that the donut is glazed, so it is really sweet, soft, and moist, it's just when we paired it with their best-selling ice coffee, which is super sweet and kind of bitter at the end, that the combination of both food and drink is just really, really sweet, and it's not just suitable for our taste buds. Lastly, when it comes to security and how the service crew handled the customer, unfortunately, Krispy Kreme doesn't have their own security guard, maybe because the store is just small, so they think that is not really applicable, but when it comes to service crew, even though we only saw 1 crew member who is also pregnant in the counter, she is really approachable, attentive, understanding, and was able to satisfy us when we needed something or for assistance. Additionally,we think that some of the push reasons to come to the Krispy Kreme Sta. Mesa branches are: it has many branches, so it's really easy to find one if people are craving donuts, and the price is much lower than other stores. Moreover, the pull reasons are their branch here in SM Sta. Mesa is a small place with not enough chairs for those customers who want to dine and a lack of service crew to assist other customers.

And ang masasabi namin doon sa two establishments na natikman namin is meron silang kaniya-kaniya or unique talagang basehan para masabi na best selling talaga yung mga product na nakain namin. And sa narinig niyo kanina sa mga evaluation namin is mayroong tumaas at mayroon naman' bumaba, and pagdating naman sa ibang aspect ng business nila is approved sila, and yung iba naman is . . siguro hindi lang kami na-satisfy as a customer. In terms of food na kinain namin, masarap naman siya kaya nga tinawag na best seller kase ayon yung pinaka-popular, ayon nga lang pagdating sa may Krispy Kreme, which is yung combination ng best seller nila is hindi tugma, siguro in terms of taste since yung dalawa is parang sobrang tamis parang hindi siya match. Kailangan talaga na kapag kakain ka ay syempre mag ma-match yung taste and mas-satisfy ka talaga, hindi yung sobrang tamis, hindi yung sobrang pait. And then sa may J.CO naman I felt na sobra akong na-satisfied kasi nga parang nag-blend sa may taste buds ko yung kinain ko sa J.CO. (RJ)

So when it comes to ambiance naman ng mga stores is, yung J.CO is masasabi mo na meron talagang pagka-expensive vibes while yung KRISPY KREME naman is pumapangalawa kung ira-ranking ko. And when it comes to security, sa KRISPY KREME ay wala silang masyadong crew, so wala silang security guard, while yung J.CO naman po is meron which is very approachable naman and talagang nakatutok lang sa pwesto niya.
Also, kung basehan naman po is sa kung paano sila nagh-handle ng customer, masasabi ko po na very na-satisfied kami sa both stores, approachable naman po yung mga crew nila, and nabibigay naman po yung mge needs namin as a customer. (Jen)

And when it comes to price, magka-level lang po ang J.CO at KRISPY KREME, at kahit sino ay kayang-kayang maka-kain sa dalawang estbalishments na aming in-evaluate.
