Who Is Leonardo Da Vinci
Leonardo Da Vinci of April 15, 1452- May 2, 1519 was a renaissance figure who is known for many of his works in the fields of art, science, engineering and many more.

Leonardo was the creator of the very popular Mona Lisa. The well detailed painting shows a woman sat beautifully dressed in a lovely dress and coat. The Mona Lisa is popular today due to many reasons such as the muse of the painting being unknown and the fact that she was stolen in 1911.
He sketched a design for the invention of the parachute. The sketch is said to show a piece of linen cloth stretched across wooden poles in the shape of a pyramid.
Leonardo Da Vinci was also the creator of another popular piece "Last Supper". The painting was created for Dominican monastery Santa Maria delle Grazie in Milan. The piece recreates the last supper between Jesus and his disciples in the bible.
Leornado Da Vinci did not attend physical school. He was home-schooled and self taught.
Many of his notes were written in reverse. When Da Vinci passed, many of his notes were left behind. Many of these notes were to be written in reverse and could only be read through a mirror.
