Background story:
Dylan was known as a young detective back then. Started from his high school period until he had graduated from college, he had helped police to solve numerous case either it's a murder case, illegal drugs case, robbery, etc. But, all of these were only in the past. No one know precisely when it stopped. At certain time, Dylan gradually stopped accepting police's phone call when they need his help. Then one day...
Dylan was nowhere to be found. He was neither in his appartment nor his parents' mansion. His parents refused to tell the details to the polices but one thing for sure, Dylan was not in France anymore.
It was Winter when Dylan came to this town, Tokyo. As 8 months passed, he was not alone anymore. Up until today he has been living with a girl in a house he bought by himself under the name Deiran Arashi.
Job: (was or is) detective and some secret jobs which will be revealed through plot
Personality:
He is definitely the curious type; thanks to this, Dylan got knowledge about drugs such as marijuana, MDMA (Ecstasy/Molly), etc. He is blunt sometimes, and has a habit of throwing away any random thought at any time.
He may come off as proud and arrogant but he is quite attentive at certain individuals.

Acc started since early 2014 as OCRP with Dylan's background as demigod.
First face claim was Park Hyung Seok.
Second face claim was Jung Jinyoung (hence why the username is arctic foxy)
