Now, focus your attention on the area between your anus and genitals, known as the perineum.
Contract the muscles in this area by gently squeezing and lifting them upward, as if you're trying to stop the flow of urine.
Hold this contraction for 5-10 seconds, then release and relax the muscles completely.
Repeat this process for 5-10 repetitions, gradually increasing the duration of each contraction as you become more comfortable with the practice.
