The staff supported Hayden to be calm by telling him that the things or items he wants are not there now but later so that he avoids bad behavior and acting aggressively. This evening Hayden was great and calm.

The staff supported Hayden with health care and attention by giving him his medication in the morning and evening at the right time with a glass of water. The staff makes sure that Hayden swallows the medication and he accepts this support without objection. Hayden goes to his doctor's appointment with his parents.

The staff supported Hayden in doing the daily activities he likes to do. Hayden likes to do individual activities, which are playing on the iPad or watching TV or YouTube. This evening Hayden was watching some cartoons on YouTube on his iPad until dinner time.

The staff supported Hayden take a shower this evening. The staff supported Hayden prepare dinner. Peanut butter sandwiches with jam. That was Hayden's order. A soda bottle. A piece of chocolate. A bottle of water. After dinner, he went to his room. His room was clean and tidy. Hayden went to bed at 7:00 p.m.


The staff supported Hayden by following the monthly safety procedures. The staff supported Hayden by protecting him while he is in the community. The staff supported Hayden by taking care of him while he is in the facility with the staff. The staff supported Hayden by following the precautionary procedures and wearing a mask so that he does not get infected with Covid-19 or other new viruses if required. He is responsive.


The staff supported Brandy today after dinner by taking the empty plate and empty juice cup and putting them in the dishwasher under the direction of the staff, who were responsive and easy going.


The staff supported Brandy to stay inside the facility safely and to take care of his health by giving him his medication on time every morning or evening with a glass of water and making sure he swallowed the medication to keep him healthy and safe. The house manager is the one who organizes Brandy's doctor appointments. The staff supported Brandy by preparing dinner of spaghetti and a glass of orange juice and then went to his room and brought the trash from his room outside.


The staff supported Brandy in practicing his favorite activity because Brandy has many talents and activities. He loves playing the piano and singing, but in the evening the loud music disturbs the rest of the residents. He only enjoys the songs or watches cultural programs or movies. This evening Brandy was listening to the songs and was enjoying his time until he went to sleep early at 8:30 pm.


The staff supported Brandy in doing monthly activities. Sometimes the staff accompanies him to McDonald's or a store by providing transportation and also so that he is not exposed to fraud or blackmail. The staff pays the money and brings the bills to the cashier. Brandy likes these monthly or weekly activities. It is a kind of mood change. He is a person who responds to a change in routine.


The staff supports Brandy in building social communication skills with others and speaking loudly or in a high tone so that others can enjoy him and avoid shyness because he is shy but he is social and loves to participate in conversation with others and the staff group he is doing well now.
