Stunting is a crucial indicator of long-term chronic undernutrition that reflects a failure to reach a linear growth. Adolescent girls are potentially at a higher risk of stunting as they are traditionally married at an early age in low-income countries. In Ethiopia, stunting has mostly been examined in early childhood, with limited information at the early adolescent age. Therefore, this study is aimed at determining the prevalence of stunting and its associated factors among early adolescent school girls age 10 to 14 in Gondar town.

We conducted a school-based cross-sectional study. A multistage sampling method was used to sample 662 adolescent girls in selected primary schools. A pretested, structured, and interviewer-administered questionnaire was used to collect the required data. Stata Version 14 and WHO Anthro-plus software were used to analyze the data. The bivariable and multivariable logistic regression model was fitted to identify factors associated with stunting. Adjusted Odds Ratio (AOR) withing in this group of adolescent girls.
Many articles on bone morphogenetic proteins (BMPs) have been published. Bibliometric analysis is helpful to determine the most influential studies in a specific field. This bibliometric analysis is aimed at identifying and analyzing the top 50 most-cited articles on the dental applications of BMPs.

An electronic search was conducted using the Web of Science (WoS) "All Databases" without any restriction of language, study design, or publication year. Of 1341 publications, the top 50 were included based on their citation count. AZD2811 After downloading the full texts, their bibliometric data including publication title, authorship, citation count, current citation index 2019, citation density, year of publication, country and institution of origin, journal of publication, type of BMP, study design, evidence level of publication, and keywords were extracted and analyzed.

To investigate the feasibility of mobile videocall guidance to facilitate AED use by laypersons.
. A total of 90 laypersons were randomized into three groups the mobile video call-guided, voice call-guided, and non-guided groups. Participants were exposed to simulated cardiac arrest to use an AED, and guided by video calls, voice calls, or were not guided. We recorded the simulation experiments as a videoclip, and other researchers who were blinded to the simulation assessed the performance according to the prespecified checklist after simulations.
. We compared the performance score and time intervals from AED arrival to defibrillation among the three groups and analyzed the common errors.

There was no significant difference among the three groups in terms of baseline characteristics. Performance scores in the checklist for using AED were higher in the mobile video call-guided group, especially in the category of "Power on AED" and "Correctly attaches pads" than in the other groups. However, the time interval to defibrillation was significantly longer in the mobile video call-guided group.

Mobile video call guidance might be an alternative method to facilitate AED use by laypersons. Therefore, further well-designed research is needed to evaluate the feasibility of this approach in OHCA.

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most aggressive malignancies with poor prognosis. There are many selectable treatments with good prognosis in Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer- (BCLC-) 0, A, and B HCC patients, but the most crucial factor affecting survival is the high recurrence rate after treatments. Therefore, it is of great significance to predict the recurrence of BCLC-0, BCLC-A, and BCLC-B HCC patients.

To develop a gene signature to enhance the prediction of recurrence among HCC patients.

The RNA expression data and clinical data of HCC patients were obtained from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database. Univariate Cox regression analysis and least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) regression analysis were conducted to screen primarily prognostic biomarkers in GSE14520. Multivariate Cox regression analysis was introduced to verify the prognostic role of these genes. Ultimately, 5 genes were demonstrated to be related with the recurrence of HCC patients and a gene signature was established.
