I informed the SME that this use case is related to 235, not 3506. When I showed them the flow of both use cases (235 and 3506), they said they wanted a restart process in use case 3506.
I explained that use case 3506 is currently sending an email, and the BACC team is restarting it. However, the SME mentioned that they want to remove the email process and use the restart process instead.
They stated that they need changes in the flow of use case 3506. I informed them that this would require an enhancement. The SME responded that they would raise an enhancement request if necessary.
They also mentioned that the flow should be similar to use case 4269. I told them that I would first discuss this with the team to determine a solution and then inform them accordingly.
However, I have not yet seen any work items running for use case 3506.
