Whereas, the higher authorities have took the matter seriously for violation of the guideline of the scheme by the said GRS.
Whereas, the said GRS have manipulated the system by uploading of such fraudulent attendance on NMMS portal for two work sites in two Panchayats on the same date.
Whereas, it seems that the said GRS is violating the orders of higher authorities’ and guidelines of the scheme and the said GRS has shown absolutely negligence in his duties.
Keeping in view the above facts, Mr Arshid Hussain Lone (GRS) is hereby relived to the office of Assistant Commissioner Development Kulgam today on 01-03-2025 henceforth.
