Seri nolu 3PAR Storage’dan loglar, HPE tarafina ulasmiyor. Ariza durumunda otomatik case acilmayacaktir. Loglarin ulasmasi isteniyorsa asagidaki adimlari uygulayip, firewall tarafinda da asagidaki ip/port bilgilerine izin verildigini teyid ederek haber verebilir misiniz? Akabinde, loglarin ulasip ulasmadigini tekrar kontrol edelim.
Need to investigate further why there is a delay in uploading the files from SP to the monitoring system at HPE.
NOTE: This event itself does not indicate that the storage system is down. However it can be indicative of a SP down situation.
1. Check whether the SP is up and running.
2. Investigate any network issues which prevents a file transfer to the external HPE monitoring system.
3. Validate that remote support is functioning correctly. To do so, use the SPmaint module in HP 3PAR SPOCC (Service Processor Onsite Customer Care).
a. Log into SPOCC (https://<SP IP>)
b. Click Support.
c. Under Service Processor, Support,
Service Processor, click SP Network Configuration Menu.
d. Under Service Processor, Network Configuration, click Test 3PAR Secure Service Collector server.
e. Verify that SPOCC displays Connectivity test to HP 3PAR Secure Service Collector Server successful.
f. Verify that the SP is transferring files successfully:
i. Click Home to return to the SPOCC home page. The transfer status entry indicates the overall status of SP file transfer.
ii. To access the SP File Transfer
Monitor, click Transfer Status.
iii. Verify that SP File Transfer is successful:
• The last transfer status entry should include information about last SP transfer, including the date and time and a status of Ok.
• The number of files on transfer queue and retry queue should be 0 (zero), which indicates the SP is currently able to pass files to the transport layer.
• The SP upload queue and SSAgent upload queue show the number of files in the queue and should display the date, time, and filename of the most recent file to start uploading. If this queue becomes long, the SP is encountering transfer issues. To remedy the situation, contact HPE support. The SP File Transfer Monitor refreshes every 15 seconds.
