Notes - notes.io

Identified a recurring inefficiency in how manual project dependency requests were submitted—often missing key context such as build order, leading to misconfigurations and unnecessary back-and-forth. Proposed a structured ticket template to collect all essential information upfront. Drafted the template, socialized it with managers and stakeholders, and am currently overseeing its rollout.
I’m excited to see how this change improves the quality of incoming requests, reduces the number of clarification cycles, and shortens turnaround time by enabling us to act on complete requirements from the start.

PEER REVIEWS

JON
Jon has been an effective Release DRI this year. As this year’s OS screener, I worked closely with him to manage high-priority release radars. He consistently stayed on top of these radars and provided timely context and clear priorities, enabling me to plan sprints and sequence tasks efficiently. His dependable communication and collaborative style kept the team aligned and maintained strong working dynamics throughout the OS release cycle.

NATE
Nate has been a dependable partner in our cross-timezone collaboration between the California and Tokyo screening teams. As a screener, he readily helps the California group tackle high-priority radars by relaying priorities to the Tokyo side and picking up requests during busy periods. Together we refined the screening process by introducing difficulty levels for radars, letting the California team bucket items and enabling the Tokyo team to clear them quickly—materially improving turnaround times for BNI. Nate’s responsiveness and team-oriented mindset make him an invaluable colleague.

DIRASKSA
Diraksa consistently contributes positively to the team. He collaborates well, communicates clearly, and follows through on commitments, helping us maintain steady progress and a constructive working atmosphere. He is also a dependable colleague during weekend shifts, staying on top of tasks and making collaboration seamless.

DANIEL
Daniel’s extensive Apple experience makes him an invaluable resource for the team. He readily shares context that clarifies the big picture, helping others connect their work to broader goals. Daniel is approachable, communicates clearly, and consistently follows through on commitments, traits that foster smooth collaboration and reliable delivery.
