Methods CMV DNA was measured in plasma specimens of newly reported ART-naive HIV/AIDS patients by quantitative PCR. Both univariable and multivariable logistic regression analyses were carried out to evaluate CMV viremia correlations among the individuals. Results Of 612 HIV/AIDS patients, 480 (78.4%) were male, 125 (20.4%) were over 60 years old, 177 (28.9%) were infected via homosexual transmission, and 430 (70.3%) via heterosexual transmission. The prevalence of CMV viremia among HIV/AIDS patients was 13.4% (82/612). Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that the risk of CMV viremia in CD4+ lymphocyte cells counts (CD4+) ≤200 cells/μl group was higher than CD4 counts >500 cells/μl (OR=5.10, 95%CI1.74-14.96, P=0.003); The median CMV DNA level (log10) of 82 viremic patients was 1.57 (P25,P751.04,2.13); Viremic patients with CD4 counts ≤200 cells/μl had the highest CMV viral load (P less then 0.01). A structural equation model (SEM) was used to explore factors influencing parental KAP, as well as the relationship between knowledge and behavior. Results Of the 760 valid questionnaires, the knowledge of vaccination among children's parents was better, and the vaccination knowledge of parents in Qinghai and Shanghai were slightly better than those in Jiangxi. Methods In total, 5 417 cardiovascular disease-free participants at baseline were followed up for up to 10 years in the Chinese Multi-provincial Cohort Study. APOE-HDL-C and HDL-C were measured in all participants. APOE-HDL-C/total HDL-C ratio was calculated. Multivariate Cox regression was employed to assess the association between HDL-C related biomarkers and 10-year CHD incident risk. Results A total of 100 incident CHD events occurred during a mean 6.8 years follow-up. High levels of baseline HDL-C related biomarkers were significantly negatively associated with incident CHD risk. Comparison with participant with lowest level of APOE-HDL-C/total HDL-C ratio, those with highest level of APOE-HDL-C/total HDL-C ratio had 74% decreased risk of CHD (HR=0.26, 95%CI 0.12-0.71). The impact on life expectancy was analyzed by using the methods of abridged life table, Joinpoint regression, and life expectancy contribution decomposition. Results From 2008 to 2018, the total probability of premature death of four main NCDs in Wuxi were declined consistently from 11.25% to 9.25% (AAPC = -2.0%, 95%CI -2.6--1.5), higher in female (from 7.74% to 5.91%) than that in male (from 14.49% to 12.51%).
