Your Epidemic associated with Risky Behaviours within Iranian Personnel: A Systematic Review along with Meta-Analysis.
a in a way that complements other midwifery content. This study also demonstrates the key role of clinical preceptors in student ethics learning.
Self-reported scales and objective measurement tools are used to assess Evidence-based Practice (EBP) learning. An agreement between these measures has not been widely investigated among nursing students.

The aim of the present study was to examine the relationship between EBP competency in undergraduate nursing students, defined as the capability to choose and use an integrated combination of EBP knowledge, skills and attitudes, evaluated with the self-reported EBP-COQ questionnaire and the final test score of an EBP course included in a Nursing Degree Program.

A cross-sectional study was carried out.

University of Murcia (Spain), Nursing Degree, academic year 2019/2020.

The study population was comprised by 210 4th-year undergraduate nursing students enrolled in the Clinical Practice and Evidence-based Nursing course. All the students were invited to participate.

A validated EBP-COQ questionnaire (1 "lowest score" to 5 "highest score") and an objective test (score from 0 to 10) were used to asse Degree students.
Game-based training has been considered as an alternative modality to traditional training in different perioperative nursing fields.

To describe the adaptation and validation process of "Playing with Tweezers", a Portuguese game developed for novices to set up basic surgical instruments on the Mayo stand or a back table.

A validation study with three phases of translation, reconciliation, and evaluation (face, content, and construct validity).

Several medical universities in Iran.

Twelve students in a pilot translation test, 18 experts in the reconciliation phase, 20 experts in the face and content validity stages, and 120 students (72 novices, 26 intermediates, and 22 experts) in the construct validity stage.

Following "forward-backward" translation from Portuguese to English, the English version of the game was appraised in the reconciliation phase using a 57-item questionnaire. To test face and content validity of the final version of the game, a 30-item questionnaire addressing different aspeprepare novices to set up basic surgical instruments.
The objective of this study is to assess the role of prior experience with virtual care (through e-visits) in maintaining continuity in ambulatory epilepsy care during an unprecedented pandemic situation, comparing in person versus e-visit clinic uptake.

This is an observational study on virtual epilepsy care (through e-visits) over two years, during a pre-COVID period (14 months) continuing into the COVID-19 pandemic period (10 months). For a small initial section of patients seen during the study period a physician survey and a patient satisfaction survey were completed (n = 53). Outcomes of eVisits were analyzed using descriptive statistics.

Median numbers of epilepsy clinic visits conducted during the COVID-19 period (27.5 new and 113 follow up) remained similar to the median uptake during the pre-COVID period (28 new and 116 follow up). Prior experience with e-visits for epilepsy yielded smooth transition into the pandemic period, with several other advantages. The majority of eVisits were successful despite technical difficulties and major components of history and management were still easily implemented. Results from patient surveys supported that a significant amount of time and money were saved, which was in keeping with our health-economic analysis.

Our study is one of the first few reports of fully integrated virtual care in a comprehensive epilepsy clinic starting much before start of the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of our study support the feasibility of using virtual care to deliver specialized outpatient care in a comprehensive epilepsy center.

Being a "lefty" (i.e., having either a dominant left hand or a dominant left foot) is associated with neurological differences which are determined prenatally, and can therefore be seen as a proxy for innate differences. In large-scale data with incentivized choices from 3664 participants from India, Norway and Tanzania, we find a significant gender gap in competitiveness in all cultures. However, we find inconsistent results when comparing the competitiveness of lefties and righties. In north-east India we find that lefties of both genders are significantly more competitive than righties. In Norway we find that lefty men are more competitive than any other group, but women's competitiveness is not related to handedness. CDK inhibitor In Tanzania, we find no relationship between handedness and the competitiveness of either gender. The merged data show weak evidence of a positive correlation between being a lefty and competitiveness for men, but no such evidence for women. Thus, our data provide suggestive but not robust evidence that individual and gender differences in competitiveness are partially determined by innate factors, where innate factors are proxied by the complex, prenatally shaped trait of handedness.Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) resulting from abnormal glucose metabolism is a relatively common and complex endocrine disorder among women in their reproductive years, However, the pathogenesis of PCOS is still unclear. The purpose of this study is to investigate the macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) involvement of the nuclear factor (NF)-κB in rats with PCOS. Results indicated that testosterone promoted the increase in the levels of MIF and luteinizing hormone (LH) but inhibited the increase in the level of follicular stimulating hormone (FSH). The MIF antibody could alleviate the process of PCOS to a certain extent. Testosterone promoted the expression of interleukin 1-beta (IL-1β), interleukin 6 (IL-6), Inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α); the MIF antibody could reverse this effect. Testosterone could inhibit the expression of NF-κB protein whereas MIF antibody could promote the expression in the ovarian cytoplasm. Testosterone promoted the expression of NF-κB protein in the nucleus, this effect also could be reversed by the MIF antibody.
