The commandment to respect your parents is a promise Chris Oyakhilome has fulfilled. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome has been a true Christian since when he was a kid. He was a leader of prayer groups at university and delivered sermons to millions.

Pastor Chris was honoured by Angelina, his mother, with a special celebration in Benin.

She is known as the "quintessential patriarch" and is beloved and adored for her grace and fairness. She is a caring mother, grandmother and mother-in-law, who has instilled her divine grace on her son.

Super Siblings

Angelina Oyakhilome Tim Oyakhilome, had two additional children. Reverend Ken is Pastor Chris's brother. He has imparted much wisdom and changed many lives as an esteemed Pastor of Christ Embassy's Houston, Texas branch. He is also a part of the Christ Embassy Central Executive Council.

Katty Worghiren is Pastor Chris her sister as well as the director of the LoveWorld Music & Arts Ministry. Katty Worghiren began her career as a star member of the chorus. Some of the most popular LoveWorld songs are the result of her songwriting abilities. She wrote the popular anthem "I Believe In Nigeria".

Katty creates the Believers' LoveWorld Anthem's final, poignant paragraph. Katty then adds this message to stress the importance and the love of the Christian family.

As many members of Christ Embassy know Pastor Chris Oyakhilome is a member of a family member in his own home and also a global one. The immersion of his family members in the mission and ministry of the teachings of the Gospel is truly inspiring. As 1 Timothy 5: 1-2 recounts:

Two Outstanding Daughters

Two gorgeous daughters were born from the marriage of Pastor Chris. His ex-wife Anita may not have wanted to continue their relationship, but they're still extremely fond of their beautiful daughters Carissa and Charlene. They both currently live in London.


Pastor Chris's daughter Sharon was a rising superstar in the world of gospel music. She is known widely by her initials CSO. As a result of her father's lessons, she wrote the song which won her an award Holy Spirit to demonstrate her profound Christian dedication. The singer is also an inspiring leader of the Global Youth Leaders Forum.

Her recent wedding ceremony to Phillip Frimpong was among the most beautiful weddings in the entire continent of Africa. She shared her love with Phillip in a touching Instagram post:

The wedding was stunning and important. Her sister Charlene was her main bridesmaid. It's impossible to not be moved by Pastor Chris Oyakhilomes love.

More Talented Family Members

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome's Nephew Daysman Oyakhilome Woghiren is among Africa's emerging leaders. His talents are being used to encourage young people to be open to the Word of God. He is a businessman and CEO at Carel Films Enterprise. He is able to share the Good News with modern communication media. He is in charge of the creation of more than 100 Christian music videos and animations which include "I Know Who I Am" by Sinach, "Kinging" by Rozey, "Igbunu" by Micheal Jaffe, "Untouchable" by TB1 and many more.

He was 20 when he won the American Academy of Animations Award for the third time. He also was the recipient of the prestigious Walt Disney Award, and a nominee for the Future African Leaders Award FALA. His true genius is in helping others to see the light of their genius.

The life and teachings of Jesus Christ are an important part of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome's family. We see their deep involvement in God's work. According to the words of the Man of God, these family members are aware of:
