[b]Brief Overview of what you accomplished this week:[/b]
This week, most of my time was spent on being mentored. But instead of sitting at R&R I tried to learn as much as possible about OPA. For example, I did Sentry for many hours.This week I've been mentored. I've learnt about all the different things Opa does. I've been taught about how being in Opa can boost my ranks. Also I have been learning about reports. Hence me writing this one here. It was such a challenge for me, especially when I tried to train trolls kept being the recruits that I trained. So it Anyway, this is an awesome week for me because I also got closer to my mentor, the OPA team and a few VIPs. That must be the best achievement I have ever got since I started working for OPA. Below is what I have done this week (HQ duties and OPA duties):



- 4 hours at Sentry

-2 hours being mentored.

-2 hours training recruits (most of them turned out to be trolls)

[b]What are your goals in the next 30 days?[/b]
Next week I'm going to mentored more. And hopefully before the end of next week I'll know how to do many things etc, radio, games etc and I'll try get on to hosting them.

[b]Are you having trouble in doing your duties? If so, what can the command team do to help you?[/b]
I have had trouble controlling trolls. They are so frustrating. A way this could be solved is by having one person (who has rights to the training rooms) overlook all training sesssions. And if they think somebody is trolling they can kick them. This will make life easier for the serious trainees and for the trainers. Other than that this week has been a success.

[b]Other Remarks[/b]
Opa seems really fun. My mentor was friendly and kind, and my mentoring was extremely fun yet informative. I'm really enjoying being in OPA

I have an event idea: a parade, to celebrate all the hard workers in USDF. It would benefit us by making our personnel feel appricated and inspire them to work harder.
The only way it could be a disadvantage is that preparing the event could take some time.
