6 ovos
1 pacote de bolacha Maria
2 c. (sopa) de açúcar para as natas
2 c. (sopa) para as claras
200 gr de açúcar
1,5 dl de água
Comece por fazer os ovos moles, leve ao lume a água com o açúcar e deixe ferver, cerca de 3 minutos.
Tire do lume e deixe arrefecer um pouco.
Batem-se as gemas, junta-se a calda de açúcar e mexe-se.
Leva-se ao lume a engrossar sem nunca parar de mexer.
Quando engrossar retira-se do lume e deixa-se arrefecer.
Tritura-se as bolachas na picadora e põem-se numa taça.
Batem-se as natas com o açúcar e noutro recipiente as claras, ás quais apenas se junta o açúcar quando estiverem quase em castelo.
Junta-se as claras às natas e envolve-se delicadamente.
Numa taça ou individualmente vai-se pondo alternadamente bolacha e natas até a ultima camada de natas, leva-se ao frio até solidificar.
Depois põe-se o doce de ovos com cuidado alisando-o.
Levar ao frigorífico e servir bem fresco.
