Hindistancevizli Labneli Kurabiye Tarifi'nin Yapılışı
Öncelikle 3 kaşık hindistancevizi tozunu labne peyniri ve pudra şekeri ile karıştırın. Kurabiye hamurunu kulak memesi kıvamında yogurun, ceviz büyüklüğünde parçalar alarak avuç içinizle açıp, 1 çay kaşığı harçtan koyup yuvarlayın. Tepsiye dizilen kurabiyeleri 180 derecede önceden ısıtılmış fırında üzeri beyaz kalacak şekilde 25 30 dk pişirin. Fırından çıkınca pudra şekeri eleyip servis yapın. Yaklaşık olarak 40 civarında kurabiye çıkıyor.
