Hi all, as you guys seen, I wasn't able to login in last two days, I have some things going RL that in the good and evil are absorbing me, so, until I'm done with those stuff(may take really some time), I decided I will pass up the leadership up to Yuri, he's usually a silent guy, but only because he talks when necessary , without being on I don't know the current situation, my last hint was that tragic-comedy battle happened before time, we all have to understand some common points, first of all, most of us were used to be on top without a real competition, this obviously influenced our ability to correctly evaluate the situation, and second, we still don't know each other, we still aren't a solid group, but this mean that we can only improve, I made sure to create somehow a competitive situation post merge, yet on paper, allies or not allies , we are ,without a shadow of doubt, the strongest side, from the alliance wars, to the throne war, we can only win, the mines will be a little harder, need some real work between allies, but it's doable, and more important, it means a lot of fights and so a lot of fun!!! The key as always is communication, communicate between each other, and help Yuri, bazinga and whoever will take charge, with your presence and reliability, don't push those guys to make them look to you individually, but answer to call ups in group chats over whatsapp, answer to alliance mails, this will surely ease their job, problems or not, I will try to help when possible with some strategies(e.g. throne war).
Anyway some tips are :
1)Be sure to clean up the situation inside the ally, check the players, check if there are some names that doesn't match up, and kick them without hesitation, don't accept all people that want to try to join, even if they are strong, the guys from 187( pirate crew, molot, los imparables, mist) were all allies and kinda slimy, especially the mist guys, they will try to infiltrate at any opportunity, so be sure to know all people inside the ally , otherwise kick them, for the allies, when you make a plan, there's no need for the allies to know all the details, just make sure the key elements know, through group chats(line or whatever), this will allow to avoid the risk of any leaking.
2) Never fight randomly or under panic, the enemies are weaker but more coordinated, if you go and fight them 1 by 1 , they will win, need to always have solid, even small, but still solid groups, make sure to hit together, to focus on crucial targets and burn them to 0 , most of their players are absolute shit, with many groups of 4-6 people, you can take down in less than 2 minutes all the best enemies players, when they are done, the rest will be just made of annoying garbage, which can be handled even by one of our top guys; this is always the best thing, prepare as groups, set focus on x targets, and knock them out spamming all lineups, on other hand, when the fight is live and both sides are on, you have to make sure to don't lose hs in retarded ways, you need to also use the castle and empty walls as shield sometimes, use only the best lineups(1-3, depending on the $$$ xD), don't waste your lineup covering a mate if the attack is from someone much stronger than you, these are all things that should be obvious, but apparently they were not ^.
