يتيح تطبيق فريق الطوارئ امكانية استقبال الحالات المسندة وقبولها او رفضها . لإستقبال الحالات على المستخدم توثيق جهازة مع نظام الإدارة المركزية لمرة واحدة من خلال شاشة توثيق الجهاز في التطبيق . ومن ثم تغيير حالة الاتصال إلى متصل. تمكن حالة الاتصال متصل التطبيق اظهار موقع الفريق على الخريطة في التطبيق نفسة بالاضافة إلى نظام الإدارة المركزية وتمكينه من استقبال الحالات المسندة. في حالة اسناد الفريق يظهر مكان الحالة على الخريطة في التطبيق و يتاح لهم اما قبول الحالة او رفضها وتغيير حالة الاتصال إلى غير متصل. اذا تم قبول الحالة يمكن خيار التوجية ببرنامج الملاحة المفضل و خيار التعليق على الحالة و انهاءها .

يتيح تطبيق الإبلاغ كتابة البلاغات و ارسالها لنظام الادارة المركزية. يتكون البلاغ من رقم هاتف مرسل البلاغ المفضل و وصف الحالة و احداثيات الحالة . على المستخدم ملئ كل من رقم الهاتف و الوصف اما الاحداثيات فيتم استخراجها آليا . عندما يصل البلاغ إلى نظام الإدارة المركزية يتم تنبيه المرسل فوريا
