Cooking Class — Baby Buncis ala Szechuan
Asal masakan : China
( Bahan-bahan )
• 250 gram baby buncis (buang pangkal dan serat tepinya)
• 250 gram daging ayam cincang
• 2 sdm minyak
• 1 sdm saos tiram
• 2 sdm saos tomat
• 1 sdt kecap asin
• 2 sdm kecap manis
• 1 sdm gula pasir
• ½ sdt garam
• ½ sdt merica bubuk
• 200 ml Air
• ½ sdm tepung maizena (Larutkan dengan 2 sdm air)
Catatan : sdm (Sendok makan), sdt (Sendok teh).
( Tahap memasak )
• Potong buncis sesuai selera. Buang pangkal dan serat tepinya kemudian cuci hingga bersih.
• Masukkan minyak kemudian panaskan wajan.
• Setelah panas, tumus buncis hingga layu dan pindahkan ke piring saji.
• Tumis bawang bombay, bawang putih dan cabai.
• Masukkan daging ayam yang sudah dicincang, kemudian masak hingga daging ayam matang.
• Tambahkan saos tiram, saos tomat, kecap asin, kecap manis, merica dan gula pasir— setelahnya, aduk dulu hingga rata.
• Tambahkan air sedikit, garam dan tepung Maizena. Tunggu hingga mengental.
• Terakhir. Tuangkan saus dengan daging ayam cincang yang telah dibuat ke atas buncis yang telah ditumis sebelumnya.
