Bagaimanakah cara membuat SVA Weekly?
1. Menentukan Tema
Sama seperti pembuatan majalah lain, SVA Weekly juga harus memiliki tema yang menarik agar para pembaca menjadi tertarik untuk membacanya. Saat akan menentukan tema apa yang akan dibahas, para staff Vladimedia akan berkumpul dan berdiskusi tentang artikel apa saja yang cocok dengan tema, siapa yang akan diwawancara, dsb.
2. Pembagian Tugas
Langkah selanjutnya setelah menentukan tema, ialah para staff Vladimedia melakukan pembagian tugas yaitu dimana mereka akan mencari, mengumpulkan informasi mengenai bahasan yang mereka dapat, dan akan dijadikan menjadi sebuah artikel.
3. Menentukan Deadline
Setelah pembagian tugas, staff Vladimedia harus menentukan kapan majalah akan terbit dengan cara menentukan waktu deadline terlebih dahulu. Biasanya deadline pengumpulan artikel adalah dua hari sebelum penerbitan majalah.
4. Pengumpulan Artikel
Selanjutnya, para staff Vladimedia akan mulai mencari informasi dan mengubah menjadi artikel, lalu mereka akan mengumpulkan nya pada editor.
5. Pengeditan
Kemudian, editor mulai merevisi artikel-artikel yang telah dikumpulkan dan mengedit di canva.com untuk menjadi majalah.
6. Penerbitan
Setelah itu, sang editor menyerahkan hasil akhir majalah kepada leader untuk direvisi ulang dan kemudian diterbitkan atau disebarkan.
